Simplify IT and marketing efforts for maintaining and keeping up-to-date data and consent for electronic message databases.

Uniform the terminologies between sites.

The problem

Clients don’t have a simple way to manage their interest preferences or to consent to consent to receive commercial electronic communications

Clients have more than one place to manage their interests.

Non-uniform terminology employed “my subscriptions”, “my newsletters” and “my interests”.

Clients will keep receiving unsolicited emails unless they unsubscribe from all the interest lists.

Current interest management does not support consent from recipients to receive commercial electronic messages.
